Student Information and Registration

School District Five uses an online registration platform called FinalForms, which is open all year long. 

At any point in the year, you may log into FinalForms to register a new student or update student information like addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Documentation Needed: 

  • The child’s legal birth certificate
  • A current South Carolina Certificate of Immunization, or a South Carolina Certificate of Medical or Religious Exemption
  • A property tax receipt or a rental lease showing ALL occupants
  • Two current utility bills showing the correct home address
4K Program

We offer a tuition-free 4K program for students who qualify. The student must reside in the River Springs attendance area. Please see Mrs. Applegate in the front office to sign up for a screening appointment and for more information.
